pkom Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pkom platform ("pkom", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the pkom.cam website and its associated services, you fully agree to these terms.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply specifically to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Regular players who participate in our VIP program will receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to members with valid accounts.

6.1 Game Results

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.

7.2 Illegal Activities

• Using pkom for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.
• Unauthorized use of pkom's intellectual property.

pkom reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious transactions or signs of fraud.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Process After Suspension

If an account is suspended, the member may contact [email protected]. pkom will complete its investigation and notify the member of its decision within 72 hours. If no breach of terms is found, the account will be reactivated.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
